- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆October 07, 2019, by A Google UserI just received six Cisco phones from them that were in bubble wrap, not the typical boxes that cisco phones come in. These phones are definitely not new as was advertised. Along with obvious smudges here and there I saw crumbs in the handset holder and a small coffee stain near the top of the dial pad. Only opened two of them. Contacted DataQDirect for an RMA and will post back when this is resolved, hopefully they will do the right thing.
