  I hated this place, I went in and they looked at us like if we where lost, like we didn’t belong there. I bought a pair of glasses for a gift I payed 425.00 but the thing is that when I was paying I turned my head and in the corner of my eye I saw when he was counting the money and gaved something to the guy next to him and they started laughing and he told me “excuse me there is 100 dollars missing” I just gaved him 100 more and then when I went out i went to sit down and i opened my purse and counted my money I was missing those 100 dólares

  Not pleased with the customer service in this Gucci store at all. I have been to many other and this by far marks the flagship for the worst customer service. I went in to purchase a belt and first of all not a hello from anyone there. Then the rude worker near the belts didn’t even ask to assist me (unlike Louis Vuitton’s customer service directly next door). As I asked for a size that is quite popular among most average sized men they told me that it is sold out EVERYWHERE, however I felt that it was a ploy to not help me and get me to leave sooner instead of maybe looking up the style and seeing if one could be ordered...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not go in.
