  It's nice that the dumbest people on the planet and always have a job at Home Depot I going to exchange tiles because I bought a couple of cases of tile and one case was a completely different tile so I go to exchange it at the same price same case for same case 40 minutes later they're still looking at me like I'm talking in in ancient Greek. It's a simple even exchange well you know we need to run the credit card we got to check this and we got a it's a it's an even exchange tile for tile prices the same loaded into my truck the wrong case so I have to waste half a day because of your stupidity and then three different people got involved none of them had the ability to just even exchange them. I guess customer service is so piss poor now they just don't care. This is the third time I've had issues with the King of Prussia Home Depot I had two issues with the Home Depot in Plymouth Meeting. I seriously recommend going to Lowe's to anyone who is interested in buying materials for job site

  Really poor experience with customer experience. My boyfriend was denied a military discount, because he only had his dd214 and passport on him. Justin was impatient, rude, and unapologetic. He didn't explain anything, just nope we don't accept that. Justin didn't thank my boyfriend for his service or try to smooth the situation over. This happened on Veterans day... way to train your customer service Home Depot. Oh, did I mention that when we called to talk to a manager, the employee on the phone didn't transfer us and kept talking about the laminated sheet of the acceptable forms of ID?
