  Kirstin the manager took care of us tonight and was an absolute gem to work with. She answered EVERY question and laid out every detail of our new phone plan for us and allowed us to compare the pros & cons of different options. She clearly cared about our experience in her store and with AT&T in general. She was incredibly knowledgable about the cellular services as well as gave us details about the deals with dish network. SHE is the reason we are with AT&T. Great service, great prices, if/when I need assistance I know EXACTLY where I will be headed with my questions.
