  I dread going to the king of Prussia Babies R Us. I prefer to drive further to the Exton location. They always seemed understaffed and have 1 person working a register. It can take light years to check out at time. In terms of the staff it's 50/50 if they feel like helping you or trying to avoid you.

  I would strongly suggest not shopping at the store because the customer service is not good. When you call the store it gives you the option to select 3 to speak to an associate. When you choose this option, if no one picks up, the system hangs up on you automatically. I called 4 times with no luck. If this is how they treat people before they buy from them I can only imagine how they would treat me after the sale. There are other better local options for baby products.
