  After the experience I had yesterday, I'll be taking my business to Crate and Barrel. The store refused to exchange an item I purchased (for something more expensive) because the item ended in .99. Considering half my home is from West Elm, I'm shocked at the poor customer experience and lack of understanding from the staff. I won't be back and have complained to the corporate offices about the lack of consideration given my moderate request.
